It helps to have some education in the matter, but the most important thing is to just jump in and start. This is “coding”, not using some online system to create the pages for her. Anyone can use a site like Weebly, Wix, and Squarespace to create the pages for them. Those sites are helpful for rapidly getting something up and running, but do not really allow you to create the pages.
